General information
Even powerful muscle training helps only a little. The skin of the belly often has cracks, the so-called stria. This irreversible atony is a sign of weak connective tissue.
Other characteristics that contribute to physique problems are a high sweat tendency, inflammation, and skin redness.
In many cases the pubic area is bulged and enlarged.
During the surgery
There are different surgical procedures to achieve optimal results for a flat tummy.
In this procedure, the excessive fat and skin tissue is removed and the abdominal muscles tightened. Depending on the patient’s needs, we offer various surgical procedures at our clinics.
Through a mini-tuck, a small arc-shaped incision is made into the lower abdomen and the excess fatty tissue is removed. The scar is hidden below the bikini pants. This operation can be performed with both under general anesthesia or twilight sleep.
With regular tightening of the abdominal wall, the excess fat tissue is also removed from the lower abdomen. After that, the navel of the abdomen is slightly moved upwards. Also, the resulting scar is created in an arc-shaped form which is well hidden under the bikini pants. This type of surgery is performed under general anesthesia.
For a natural look, the shaping of the “champagne trough” is carried out. In particular, we make sure that the new abdominal wall has a natural look. This so called “champagne trough” is formed by anchoring the navel at the muscular wall of the abdomen.
After the surgery
A special corsage should be worn for a period of 6 weeks. After 14 days, the stitches can be removed.
